K-pop powerhouse ATEEZ has ushered in a new chapter with the release of its pre-release single “Drip,” offering fans a glimpse of what to expect from the group’s upcoming 15th extended play (EP).

The eight-member boy group unveiled “Drip” on Friday, along with an accompanying music video that has amassed 14 million views as of writing.

“Drip” features a heavy trap rhythm and “serves as a bold declaration of [ATEEZ’s] meteoric rise, capturing the overwhelming momentum of their recent achievements,” according to a press release.

The song is part of the group’s upcoming EP “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6,” scheduled to drop on November 13 at 2 p.m. KST (or 1 p.m. Philippine time).

The EP comes just less than five months since the octet released the fifth installment to its “GOLDEN HOUR” album series, which was fronted by the single “Bad.”

“Bad,” in particular, went viral following its release, fueled by a video of member San performing the song’s chest-popping dance move on a South Korean music show.

Debuting in 2018, ATEEZ is known for its pirate-inspired concept and has achieved international success, including topping the Billboard 200 albums chart, despite not being signed to one of K-pop’s “Big Four” agencies. It currently boasts 7.3 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

The group visited the Philippines in March as part of its “In Your Fantasy” tour.
