Will Ashley pens heartwarming birthday message for Mika Salamanca

Will Ashley took to social media to share a heartfelt birthday message for Mika Salamanca as she celebrated her special day.

“Happy birthday to the girl who makes my world more beautiful just by being in it,” Will wrote on his Instagram page.

He also expressed his admiration for Mika’s kindness, saying: “I never knew home could be a person until I found you. I hope the world sees the goodness in your heart the same way my eyes see it in you.”

Fans were quick to react to Will’s sweet birthday message for Mika.

In a recent interview with Boy Abunda this October, Will opened up about the current status of his relationship with Mika.

The actor clarified that they are not yet officially a couple and are still in the courting stage.

“Hindi pa, wala pa. Parang ano pa lang talaga, ligawan. Nandun pa kami sa ini-enjoy pa lang talaga namin eh sa ngayon ‘yung mga nangyayari sa mga buhay namin,” he said.

Will shared that Mika had previously turned him down as they were both focused on other priorities at the time.

“Talagang hindi lang in-allow ng panahon ‘yung gusto ko that time, that very moment kasi nga marami pa kaming kailangan gawin and ni-respect ko talaga naman ‘yun kasi nga meron kaming mga iba’t ibang careers, hindi naman kami magksama, sa PBB lang talaga,” he stated.

Despite the initial rejection, Will shared that he eventually decided to pursue Mika again. 

“Nagsabi ako ulit sa kanya na pwede ako ulit manligaw? Puwede ba ako ulit mag-try kasi ang dami na rin naming napagdaan. Kumbaga sa dami ng mga dumating na problema sa amin iyon ‘yung naging way para mas maging close kami talaga at mas makilala namin ‘yung isa’t isa,” he shared.
