LANY’s ‘soft’ tour stop in Davao cancelled
LANY. Photo from LANY’s Instagram account The Davao stop of American pop band LANY’s “soft” world tour was cancelled, the event’s local producer said Wednesday, citing “safety concerns and production issues.”
The show was originally set to take place at the Crocodile Park Concert Grounds on November 14.
But Live Nation Philippines announced the cancellation through a statement on its social media pages.
Live Nation said ticketholders would receive an email “for further details including the opportunity to use the credit towards the show in Manila on November 7th.”
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding,” it added.
Meanwhile, ticketholders seeking refunds may submit requests through SM Tickets’ refund portal or via email.
The act behind hits “Malibu Nights” and “ILYSB” is set to perform at the SM Seaside Cebu Arena on November 6, followed by two shows at the Philippine Arena on November 7 and 8.
