The Complete List of MICHELIN Guide Philippines 2027 Winners
The MICHELIN Guide has announced its 2027 selection for the Philippines, the second edition since its arrival in the country. The results were unveiled on October 29 at the Manila Marriott Hotel at Newport World Resorts. The Department of Tourism (DOT) brought the guide to the Philippines in 2025 as part of efforts to promote the country’s culinary scene to international travelers
For its inaugural selection, announced on October 30, 2025, the guide recognized 108 establishments across Manila and Environs and Cebu: one with Two MICHELIN Stars, eight with One MICHELIN Star, 25 Bib Gourmand awardees, and 74 MICHELIN Selected restaurants. Gallery by Chele also earned a MICHELIN Green Star for sustainable gastronomy. Three special awards recognized a young chef, service excellence, and exceptional cocktails.
