Sto. Tomas City Hall transforms into spooky wonderland for Halloween festivities

The celebration became even livelier as children arrived in creative, spooky, and colorful costumes, joining the festivities alongside Mayor Arth Jhun Aguilar Marasigan, who also dressed up for the occasion.
The young participants went trick-or-treating across various city government offices, collecting candies and other treats prepared by the employees.
A contest for the most creative Halloween-themed office decorations and costumes also highlighted the event, showcasing the employees’ teamwork, talents, and creativity.
Beyond the fun and competition, the celebration also aimed to promote employee well-being and work-life balance by providing city government workers with an opportunity to take a break from their daily responsibilities.
It also gave employees a chance to spend quality time with their children and families, making the Halloween celebration a family-centered occasion.
