Magnitude 4 quake jolts Surigao del Norte again

A magnitude 4 earthquake of tectonic origin struck General Luna in Surigao del Norte on Monday night. The Philippine Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the earthquake struck 64 kilometers southeast of General Luna at 9:37 p.m.
