Pasay Prosecutor’s Office indicts blogger Nieto for libel

The Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office has approved the filing of a libel case against “Thinking Pinoy” blogger Rey Joseph “RJ” Nieto. In a three-page resolution, the Pasay Prosecutor Office approved the filing of a libel case against Nieto under Republic Act No. 10175 or the “Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.”
