Pagasa spots LPA that could turn into tropical depression

Two low pressure areas (LPAs) are now being monitored by the state weather bureau, with one likely turning into a tropical depression. In a weather update on Saturday, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Shelly Ignacio said one LPA was spotted at 460 kilometers east northeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
