THE Supreme Court has ordered power distributors, which entered into supply agreements with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) on or after June 30, 2015 to undergo a “Competitive Selection Process” (CSP).
Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio Carpio penned the ruling following deliberations in a special en banc session on May 3, a copy of which was released on Monday.
