Callout: Headed to the Vancouver Climate Strike this Friday? Show us your signs

The Global Climate Strike is taking place this Friday in Vancouver and we want to see your signs.

Share a photo of yourself and your sign, along with a line or two about your reasons for attending the climate strike, for a chance to be featured in our coverage.

The climate strike on Sept. 27 comes just a week after B.C. students took to the streets of Vancouver as part of a global climate action protest. Organizers are now preparing for Friday’s strike, which invites participants of all ages to attend.

The Global Climate Strike Vancouver edition takes place this Friday at Vancouver City Hall. Crowds will begin marching across Cambie Street Bridge, beginning at 1 p.m., and will end the event around 5 p.m. at West Georgia and hamilton streets.
