From the outdoor company Merrell, the women’s boot design is billed by the brand as providing, “just enough weather protection to go anywhere.” This means the leather-and-canvas upper boasts “dry seals” to keep the water out as well as lightweight, low-bulk insulation to keep your feet warm.
In addition to boasting other comfort components such as a contoured insole for flexible support and an air cushion in the heel to absorb shock, the lace-up design is simply stylish. Ahem, unlike some other winter weather-appropriate footwear styles that are too clunky and/or chunky to be worn anywhere but in the deepest of snow drifts.
