Here’s what the “PBB Collab 3.0” hosts will miss about Kuya’s old house—and what they’re excited to see in his new home!

For two decades, the iconic yellow-and-blue house of “Pinoy Big Brother” has been a home for countless dreams, unforgettable friendships, life-changing experiences, and, of course, memories that will forever have a special place in the hearts of both housemates and viewers.  

And now that Kuya is officially moving to a new address, we can’t help but feel a little sentimental about leaving the old house behind. But a new home means new beginnings, right? Just like us, the “PBB Collab 3.0” hosts are feeling mixed emotions as they look back on home where it all began while getting excited about the changes ahead. 

Of course, saying goodbye to a place filled with two decades’ worth of memories isn’t easy. In this exclusive video from ABS-CBN Studios, Pamilya Ni Kuya—Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, Melai Cantiveros, Enchong Dee, Gabbi Garcia, Alexa Ilacad and Michael Sager—share what they’ll miss most about the old house. 

Gabbi will miss seeing fans, who usually travel all the way from different provinces, stop by the iconic house just to take photos outside. And who says all the memorable residents of Bahay ni Kuya have to be housemates? Alexa will miss the house’s resident dog and the cats around the area she used to feed. As for Michael, the pool area deserves its own compilation of iconic moments, as it became the setting for tasks, punishments, confessions, and funny happenings during their “PBB Celebrity Collab” season.  

Bianca couldn’t narrow it down to just one thing, saying the walls of the old ‘bahay’ have seen so much that they could probably tell a hundred stories of their own. “If those walls could talk, sobrang ang daming alam tungkol sa buhay naming lahat. Pero thankfully nakapagpaalam naman kami nang maayos,” she said. 

Melai will also miss everything, from the house’s familiar smell, the swimming pool, and the super cold air-conditioning. For Robi, the former Bahay ni Kuya was his go-to ‘tambayan’ even without any work-related reason, simply because it felt like home. 

As Enchong mused, “Ang daming kwento, ang daming history, ang daming beautiful memories na naiwan doon sa lumang bahay ni Kuya.” But he’s not dwelling on the goodbye for too long because, just like the rest of us, he’s excited to see what Kuya’s next chapter has in store. 

Of course, this means a whole new space to explore. So we also asked the “PBB Collab 3.0” hosts which part of the new house they’d check out first and what upgrades they’d love to see. 

The confession room has always been one of the most intriguing spots in Kuya’s house, which is why Bianca, Gabbi, and Alexa are eager to get a first look at its new version. As for what they’d like to add, Bianca would love to throw in a jacuzzi. Gabbi, on the other hand, would rather get rid of the freezing air-conditioning. 

Melai is most excited to check out the kitchen, which she considers a favorite spot for mothers like her. For Robi, the swimming pool is a non-negotiable, so he wants to know if Kuya’s new home has one, and if it doesn’t, then consider that his official suggestion for an upgrade.  

Forget the fancy rooms because Enchong wants to see the refrigerator, which he considers a reflection of how well the housemates performed in their weekly tasks, since winning a task meant having enough budget to keep the fridge stocked with food. 

The newest addition to Pamilya Ni Kuya, Michael is excited to see the entire layout of the new house first. And if he could, he’d add a gym, which his batch didn’t have back then.
