78-minute long series of ash emissions observed over Kanlaon Volcano


MANILA, Philippines — A 78-minute-long ash emission was observed from the crater of Kanlaon Volcano on Friday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs). Phivolcs’ Saturday monitoring indicated that this is one of the seven events involving ash emissions that occurred over the volcano on Friday.
