16.3% of midterm poll ballots printed – Comelec


MANILA, Philippines — More than 16 percent of the 72 million ballots for midterm polls have been printed on Tuesday, Commission on Elections (Comelec) chair George Erwin Garcia said on Tuesday. Garcia said that of the 72,107,420, a total of 11,780,626 have been printed, accounting for 16.34 percent of the ballots.
