
MANILA, Philippines — A bill seeking to create the Virology Science and Technology Institute of the Philippines hurdled the Senate’s third and final reading on Monday. At the upper chamber’s plenary session, Senate Bill No. 2893 was approved with 19 affirmative votes, zero negative, and zero abstention.
