Father Romeo Saniel of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI), the Apostolic administrator of Vicariate of Jolo said most of the fatalities in the Jolo cathedral twin bombings were “regular Sunday Mass goers,” including the head of Parish Pastoral Council (PPC).
