MANILA, Philippines — Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday due to the Intertropical Convergence zone (ITCZ), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
